Comprehensive IP counsel including drafting and negotiating license agreements involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets; trademark and copyright applications; and non-disclosure agreements. Also experienced advising on privacy issues arising under HIPAA, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, and US and international privacy regimes.

Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing a wide range of commercial agreements, including distribution agreements, manufacturing and supply agreements, master purchase and sale agreements, master services agreements and statements of work, and reseller and professional services agreements. Experienced creating internal templates and playbooks, and balancing revenue recognition, sales, operations, security, and other stakeholder considerations to bring transactions to execution.

Extensive experience with technology transactions across IT hardware, IT services, and financial services industries, including software licensing and development agreements, SaaS and hosted services agreements, ASP agreements, website development agreements, terms of service, privacy policies, EULAs, and consulting agreements. Clients have included major technology companies such as Cisco and Wipro.
